Sous Vide 

Since I became involved in sous vide cooking almost 2 years ago, I am an apt learner and a huge fan. Sous vide cooking is not only easy but it brings out the best in meat and veggies! But, first things first, what is sous vide cooking? Sous vide cooking is a technique where meat, fish or vegetables are vacuum sealed and then emerged in a water bath with a constant temperature. The constant and low temperature makes that the meat and vegetables are slowly cooked to perfection.
